Located in the Arishima area of Niseko, our home café offers bagels and coffee in a warm, relaxed setting. Crafted with Hokkaido wheat and spring water from Mt. Yotei, our bagels are known for their soft, chewy texture. We also serve hot dogs and fried bread made with bread from Saito Bakery.
Our tempura is crafted using only fresh local vegetables and Rankoshi rice flour. Served hot and crispy, it’s packed with flavor and a satisfying crunch.
