There is about 110km from New Chitose Airport to Niseko, and it will take about 2.5 hours by car.

While there are parking lots, they could be far from the main venue. Please come to the main event venue by bicycle yourself.
The parking locations vary for each event. Please check in event information.

We do not send out any ride esstential goods such as ride numbers etc,.
Please show your QR code sent in advance at the reception desk.

※We will send out QR code for each rider, so please save the QR code on your phone in advance.

The reception flow will be as follows;

• Save the QR code send to every participants. Also check event information on our website. (You can check your ride number, main venue map, how to line up at the reception, etc)
• Come to the event venue and reception and show your QR code to the staff.
  
  *Please bring a copy of your health insurance and ID.
• Receive event goods at the reception first.
• Please show the QR code and receive ride essential stuff (Starter Package).
• Receive the event goods after you have received the Starter Package

Yes, there is a baggage storage area within the venue, so you can drop-off your belongings before the start.
*Please take care your valuables on your own.

The courses used for NISEKO GRAVEL include some private properties and managed forests, so the details will be disclosed just before the ride event. We will publish the Ride with GPS data on the website. Please download the GPX file or other relevant data to your device and bring it with you.

Please bring a helmet, cycling gloves, etc.
Also, you need an equipment to handle any troubles like puntcure.

We will have a measurement section for one category.
Please give it a try!
If you use an e-bike, the record will be an reference record.

We do not request participants for group riding. For solo riders, you will able to ride on your own.
However, it is allowed to ride as a group but organizer will not require it so please take care on your own.

Rhythm Japan, a outdoor rental service shop in Niseko area, will provide a rental bicycle.

You can use a single-gear bike if only with both front and rear brakes and freehub

Yes. We have air pumps at the venue and every aid station. Please feel free to use it!

Yes, we have a minimum event insurance for all participants, which covers incidents such as falling off from the bike etc.
The following are the insurance details.

Injury Insurance
Death / Disability　4,000,000 JPY maximum
Hospitalization daily benefit 4,000 JPY (per day)
Outpatient daily benefit 1,000 JPY(per day)

If you do not feel enough with the contents above, please sign up for an insurance on you own.

Sorry, we are not able to refund in any reasons once the entry is confirmed.
However, transferring the entry to your friends, etc is allowed. If you wish to transfer your entry to another person, please contact the event organizer.
