XL course (tentative name) ~120 to 130km with 2,250~2,350m of elevation gain. Estimated ride time of 5~8 hrs.

L Course (tentative name) ~100km with 1,750~1,850m of elevation gain. Estimated ride time of 4~7 hrs.
*Approx. 40~60% gravel

M course (tentative name): ~65km with 1,100~1,200m of elevation gain. Estimated ride time of 3~5 hrs.
*Approx. 30~50% gravel

Requirements for participation① Must bring your own gravel capable bicycle (bring your own, arrange a rental, etc.)
A gravel capable bicycle is a bicycle that can be ridden off-road, including gravel bikes, mountain bikes, or cross bikes.
*Bicycles must have a freehub and must be equipped with front and rear brakes.
*E-bikes are allowed.

② Must be 13 years old or older. Junior high school and high school students must be accompanied by a guardian who must ride in the same category.
③ Optionally, must cooperate with regional development through accommodation and sightseeing in the Niseko area
Participation Fee and Capacity[Main ride]
XL course/16,000 yen incl. tax. Participation limited to 150 people
L course/12,500 yen incl. tax. Participation limited to 200 people
M course/8,000 yen incl. tax. Participation limited to 200 people

Other participation limits / limited items:
1) Main ride participants can register with a package which includes a set of special edition NISEKO GRAVEL x Panaracer GRAVEL KING X1 tires. Limited to 100 riders each category. Available until sold out.
2) Volunteers who register to support event setup on Friday, September 20th will receive an entry discount. Limited to 15 people in each category.

*An additional 3.7% fee will be added at the time of payment.
*Participation fee includes consumption tax and accident insurance.



Entries are non-refundable.
A consent form will be presented at the time of entry, so please be sure to read its contents.

The parking lot is far away from the venue (700~2000m). Please plan accordingly.

*Parking anywhere other than the parking lot, such as on the shoulder of the road or in other spaces, is prohibited.
*If you are found parking in a place other than the designated parking lot, you will be ejected from the event.

Others■Cancellation Policy:
Please note that entry fees are not refundable under any circumstances. However if the venue is under a state of emergency on the day of the event, or if a similar situation is expected, the event may be canceled at the organizer's discretion. Only in that case will we take the following actions:

・Cancellation decided within 13 days of the event (after September 8, 2024): Participation award will be sent
・Cancellation decided within 1 month to 2 weeks before the event (August 22nd to September 7th, 2024): Participation award sent + a 30% refund
・Cancellation decided after entry starts 1 month or more before the event (before August 21, 2024): Participation award sent + 50% refund

■About personal information
When entering the event, you will be required to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and address. This personal information may be communicated to third parties to the extent necessary for marketing purposes. It will not be used for any purpose other than the above.

Although we make every effort to protect the privacy of our customers when managing personal information, we cannot be held responsible for information leaks due to unauthorized access or other illegal acts by third parties.

■About portrait rights
By registering for this event, you grant us portrait rights. We will use participants' portraits, names, addresses, ages, and competition histories in general publicity materials, news reports, and information media related to the tournament. Additionally, this information may be used in printed materials, videos, and other media produced by the organizer.

■About insurance
The organizer provides basic accident insurance for all participants, covering the following:

Death and permanent disability: up to 4 million yen
Daily hospitalization fee: 4,000 yen per day
Daily hospital visit fee: 1,000 yen per day
(Note: This coverage applies to injuries caused by falls from vehicles, etc.)
