| Requirements for participation | ① Must bring your own gravel capable bicycle (bring your own, arrange a rental, etc.) A gravel capable bicycle is a bicycle that can be ridden off-road, including gravel bikes, mountain bikes, or cross bikes. *Bicycles must have a freehub and must be equipped with front and rear brakes. *E-bikes are allowed. ② Must be 13 years old or older. Junior high school and high school students must be accompanied by a guardian who must ride in the same category. ③ Optionally, must cooperate with regional development through accommodation and sightseeing in the Niseko area |

| Others | ■Cancellation Policy: Please note that entry fees are not refundable under any circumstances. However if the venue is under a state of emergency on the day of the event, or if a similar situation is expected, the event may be canceled at the organizer's discretion. Only in that case will we take the following actions: ・Cancellation decided within 13 days of the event (after September 8, 2024): Participation award will be sent ・Cancellation decided within 1 month to 2 weeks before the event (August 22nd to September 7th, 2024): Participation award sent + a 30% refund ・Cancellation decided after entry starts 1 month or more before the event (before August 21, 2024): Participation award sent + 50% refund ■About personal information When entering the event, you will be required to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and address.
