Main Ride (September 14 – Self-supported)
・Higuma Course: ¥15,000 (tax included) – Max. 200 participants
・Ezo Deer Course: ¥12,500 (tax included) – Max. 200 participants
・Siberian Chipmunk Course: ¥8,000 (tax included) – Max. 200 participants
Entry Period Opens: Monday, July 7 at 17:00
Closes: Wednesday, September 3 at 18:00

Each course will close once capacity is reached.

Others■Cancellation Policy:
Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
However, if the event is canceled due to a state of emergency or a similar situation, the following policy applies:

・If canceled on or after August 31, 2025: Entry gift will be sent (no refund)
・If canceled between August 13–30, 2025: 30% refund + entry gift
・If canceled on or before August 12, 2025: 50% refund + entry gift

■About insurance
The organizer provides basic accident insurance for all participants, covering the following:

Death and permanent disability: up to 4 million yen
Daily hospitalization fee: 4,000 yen per day
Daily hospital visit fee: 1,000 yen per day
(Note: This coverage applies to injuries caused by falls from vehicles, etc.)
