| Date and time | May11th 13:00~17:00 May 12th 6:30～9:00 (Long category: by 8:30) Please complete your registration at least 30 minutes before the start time of your respective category. On the day, starting at 8:40(Long)/ 9:10 AM, there will be a Riders’ Meeting where we will provide course-related information and safety guidelines. On May 12th, you can check your baggage up to 15 minutes before the departure of each category. Please note that only small items can be checked as we will be storing them at the reception tent. Be sure to label your items with your name and bib number. The half-ticket will be necessary for retrieval when collecting your baggage. Event time schedule |
Entry list
①Check your name and category.
Niseko Gravel is primarily based on self-ride, but we are taking precautions such as deploying warning signs, medical support, and increasing patrol vehicles as much as possible to minimize risks.
We also kindly ask participants to prepare necessary items:
- Items to signal your location to wildlife such as bear bells or bells
- Equipment to deal with troubles during the ride such as tubes and repair kits
- Portable food for first aid and calorie control
- Devices capable of acquiring location information, such as GPS devices or cycle computers
Recommended for [LONG course] participants:
- Spare socks, waterproof covers, etc.
Notes of parking lot
Please refrain from parking outside of the designated parking area.
Overnight parking is prohibited.
Even the furthest parking lot is within a 10-minute bike ride to the venue.
If there are no parking spaces available, please do not force it and use alternative parking spaces.
