| Requirements for participation | ① Participants must bring bicycle to the event You can use an off-road bike such as Gravel Bike, Moutain Bike, Cross-Bike. ※You can use a single-gear bike if only with both front and rear brakes and freehub ※e-Bike is allowed to use. Bicycle can be owned or rented ② Participants must be 13 years old or older. (Students in middle and high school must be accompanied by a guardian in the same race category to participate) ③Those who are willing to support regional development through accomodation, tourism, or other activities in the Niseko area.(voluntary) |

| Others | ■Cancellation Policy: We will not refund the entry fee under any circumstance. However, when the location is under a state of emergency or a likeliehood of an event occurs on the day of the event, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event. In such cases, the following measures will be taken: ・Cancellation is determined 13 days or less prior the event (after April 26, 2024): Organizer will send the participation prize to the participants ・Cancellation is determined between 2 weeks to 1 month prior the event (April 12 to 25, 2024): Organizer will refund 30% the participation fee and a participation prize will be sent to participants. ・Cancellation is determined 1 month prior the event (before April 11, 2024): Organizer will refund 50% of the participation fee and a participation prize will be sent to participants. ■Personal Information: Personal information such as names, email addresses, phone number, and addresses may be disclosed to a third party within the necessary and limited scope for marketing purposes. While we make efforts to protect your privacy regarding the management of personal information, the organizer will not be held reliable for a leakage of information due to illegal activities of a third party such as an unauthorized access. ■Portrait Rights: Images, names, addresses, ages, and such may be used by the organizer and related media and press to the event. Please be aware that these may also be used in materials, videos, and information media created by the organizers. ■Insurance: Basic injury insurance for participants is available as below.
