②16 years old or over high school students (high school students needs to be accompanied by their guardians)
③Those who can ride in walking shoes

Approx. 65km / Elevation Gain: Approx. 900m / Gravel ratio: 40% / Estimated running time: 4-5 hours (under adjustment)

Aid Station
Panaracer NISEKO GRAVEL Spring Ride 2023 has 2 checkpoints ( aid stations). All participants must pass through the checkpoints.

At the aid stations, we are waiting for you with Kyogoku-cho's specialty products and supplementary food.
